Key West - Sexy Aquabooty
Aquatic Afrolic is the theme of this year’s Fantasy Fest. The street festival, which is reminiscent of a mini Mardi Gras, is one of the only spots where you never need a costume. Instead, you can get suited up in body paint, like JuliyaAbdullayeva. In keeping with this year’s theme, artist Luis Valle painted her to resemble a mythological sea creature. Wynwood - Hunk on Canvas
The artsy crowd heads for Wynwood’s monthly gallery walks to admire the local talent, but on Halloween they morph into walking works of art. From brush-stroked beauties to mobile Picassos, this year all you need is a frame like DanielGuerra’s to become an instant masterpiece. (Frame from Michaels)

VIP Parties - First-Class Cuties
Thanks to ABC’s newest show, "Pan Am," the sexy stewardess of yesteryear costume is expected to be the "it" outfit at all the VIP parties. Go old school with a retro look or arrive in a modern uniform like the ones worn by Annie Vazquez and Amy Reyes. Lincoln Road - Florence Frightengale
Already the best spot to people-watch on Miami Beach, Lincoln Road becomes a parade of head-turning costumes in all shapes and sizes on Halloween. Expect a ghastly scene this year with graveyard ghouls like Sandy Alcantara, decked out as a sexy zombie nurse. Coconut Grove - Honey Bunny
The streets will shut down in the Grove to make room for a spooky fiesta filled with denizens ambling in from neighboring cities like South Miami, Coral Gables and Kendall. Party dwellers here will be hopping out in the classic pinup Playboy Bunny ensemble. Get the look in a simple leotard or go ultra glam in a sequined number like IrinaStorozhuk’s . Wilton Manors - Flaming Rescue
Quoting from rapper Nelly’s "it’s getting hot in here," hot too will be this year’s annual block party in Wilton Manors. This year’s trend will pay homage to men in uniform, from sexy police officers to naughty Navy boys and plenty of musclebound firefighters. (Costume courtesy of ABC Costume Shop)
