  • This evening Eos continues its monthly Winemakers Dinner series with Caymus Vineyards. Enjoy a multi-course dinner paired with five wines from the Wagner family vineyards, including the Belle Glos Pinot Noir 2007 and the Caymus Napa Valley 2006. 7pm; $95; 305.503.4400, ext. 7151.     
  • Also tonight, Meat Market continues its monthly wine series organized by sommelier Gabriel Varela and chef/co-owner Sean Brasel. Feast on five courses paired with wines from Far Niente, Nickel & Nickel and Dolce Family. 7pm; $160.00; 305-532-0088
  • Tomorrow (July 22) brings a Silverado Wine Dinner to the Blue Door at the Delano. Indulge in five courses paired with “stellar” wines of Silverado Winery. Featured pairings include crabavocat, guacamole & blue crab salad paired with Silverado Sauvignon Blanc and pan-seared Chilean sea bass  paired with Silverado Chardonnay Vineberg. 8pm; $85; 305-674-6400.
  • Sunset Tavern brings beer to the table July 23 via its first beer tasting event. Guests will sample 20 beers from around the world while snacking on chicken wings & learning about pairings from a “beer aficionado.” 7pm; $20; 305-665-0606
  • Smith & Wollensky welcomes Jordan Winery to the table July 29 courtesy of its Pourings & Pairings dinner series. Enjoy four “sumptuous” courses (thyme-garlic braised ‘Giannone’ chicken and dry-aged sirloin of beef) paried with Jordan wines. 6:30pm, $95; 305.673.2800.
