The Setai Grill opens 12-12-12, bringing "rich cattle cuts, southern European plates and seasonal and local ingredients" to Collins Ave. New executive chef Mathias Gervais brings the beef - seven dry-aged a la carte cuts of meet are available for pairing with house-made sauces and classic side dishes.
