In celebration of the launch of his new thriller The Inner Circle, author and South Florida resident Brad Meltzer revealed the secret letter that President George H.W. Bush left in the Oval Office desk for Bill Clinton. While researching the novel, Meltzer asked Bush if George Washington's spy ring could still exist today, as it does in his book, and if the knowledge of that ring could pass from president to president in the secret letters each leader puts in the Oval Office desk when he leaves office.
