As a Miami Beach native, & a nephew of the late Joseph J Gardner, 2x Mayor of Bay Harbor Islands & a 24 year tenured Town Council member, I can assure you there are NO BEACHES on Bay Harbor Island. Bal Harbour yes. BHI no.
