It's all about the food trucks at Sunday's Fall for the Arts Festival

Valerie Nahmad Schimel

This Sunday is all about the arts – performance, visual & culinary - as the Arsht Center host’s the city’s first ever Fall for the Arts Festival. Think of it as a six-hour smorgasbord of food & culture. We, of course, are focused on the former – and it’s a truck-loving foodie’s dream. 20 of the Magic City’s food carts will be rolling into Downtown from noon to 6pm. All food is curated by the Burger Beast and highlights include…

  • Michael’s Genuine – mustard-glazed pork belly
  • Sakaya’s Dim Ssam a Gogo –foie gras bun dumplings
  • Yellow Submarine – Sunshine Reggae – black Forest ham, provolone, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pineapple sauce, pesto sauce, garlic sauce
  • Sweetness Bake Shop & Café – cupcakes & gelato
  • Latin Burger & Taco – the 3 amigos taco (chicken tomatillo, pulled pork & chicken mole)
  • Gastropod – short rib slider
