Best steaks in South Florida. The kobe beef tartare is spectacular, and a perfect atmosphere.
Must haves: The chili and lime hominy, the pizzas, the sweetbreads and the AMAZING crostone. Who would have thought that chocolate and sea salt would be so delectable?
Unbeatable for post-cocktail food. The cheese sandwich with everything except mayo is brilliant!!!!! Love those cornichons.
Music was terrific, choreography not quite what I expected. The first two pieces were amazing, however.
I talked to Elvis Costello Friday night at the Miami City Ballet and blushed the entire time. He's gotten older, but he's *still* hot.
The Wolfsonian is fantastic. Exhibits range from propaganda to design. And Dynamo Cafe is a great little place for lunch.
The veggie sandwich at Sandwicherie is nothing short of amazing after ending the night at the Deuce. Makes the morning after a lot easier to deal with.
Red Bar on SW 10th across from Mary Brickell Village has some of the most insane deejays around. No real dance floor, but patrons don't let that stand in their way.
Always inexpensive: The Pour House on SW 3rd Ave in Fort Lauderdale. A round of drinks for your entire crew will cost about the same as one cocktail on South Beach. And the bands range from decent to outstanding.
Get on Wine69's weekly email list for a heads up on the tasting. Amazing place, with the friendliest owner around.
