SoFi welcomes a new resident this season as the Sense Beach House Hotel changes ownership & debuts its new rebranding. Everything other than the physical building has been revamped on the 18-room, three-story property. The hotel bills itself as "an intimate beachfront escape." Think warm neutral colors, reclaimed wood floors & furnishings and "beach chic" decor. Public gathering spaces include The Local House restaurant, the playroom (a shaded area with foosball & ping pong) and a rooftop outfitted with recliners, a pool and food & beverage service. Rates start at $329 per night.
