The lowdown: “Razzle dazzle them, and they’ll beg ya for more,” goes the old Chicago tune. And the men will be doing just that thanks to just-opened Razzledazzle Barbershop Brickell where the Vaudeville vibe is alive and well. The barbershop joins its Miracle Mile sister with other locations slated to open in late 2011.

Owner Elena Linares says, “We’re a unique, decadent Belle Époque environment welcoming guys who are looking for a break from their hectic days. Our attentive staff delivers classic hot-lather shaves, shoe shines, haircuts and massages for an experience several notches above what men are typically accustomed to.”

The name: “A good friend of mine suggested the name. She said I ‘razzle dazzle’ everyone I meet,” Linares says.

The ‘hood: Nestled next to Starbucks in Mary Brickell Village, gentlemen can get a hair and caffeine buzz.

The ambience: Genuinely old fashioned yet thoroughly modern. Linares says the 1940’s styled shop is, “A themed experience just like Disney World. You always want to come back!”

The highlights: C’mon get natty! Menu services include haircut ($20), hair wash ($5), hot shave ($45), head shave with straight razor ($50) and more.

The sweet deal: Mention this article and receive $5 off a hot-lather shave during the month of September 2010.
