The Raleigh rolls out new menus in advance of Michael Schwartz's fall debut

 

Chef de cuisine Daniel Ganem has created four new menus

Daniel Ganem, The Raleigh's chef de cuisine, is putting his own stamp on the hotel's menu in advance of Michael Schwartz's much anticipated debut there sometime in the Fall. Ganem, an alum of BLT Steak and Bourbon steak, has created new breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner menus. Here's the new dinner menu:
