The tasting menu takes over Lincoln Road as Quattro introduces three new menus available Feb 1 through summer 2011. Dine at the highbrow Italian outpost and enjoy:
- Prix Fixe Lunch: A $25 two-course menu available Monday through Friday. Menu highlights include baked organic eggplant & fontina ravioli drizzled with white truffle oil
- Prix Fixe Dinner: A $48 three-course menu available Monday through Thursday. Menu highlights include tuna tartare, beef ravioli and Cornish hen
- Pre-Theatre Menu: A $38 two-course menu Monday through Saturday from 6:30-7pm. The menu combines and two courses from the Prix Fixe Dinner Tasting Menu with a complimentary glass of house wine or a cappuccino
