Prime Blue Grille's latest salute to busy professionals is the Prix Fixe Power Lunch. Miami's movers and shakers can pick from several appetizers, then on to entrées like Block Island Black swordfish with fries, asparagus or truffled mashed potatoes; shrimp pomodoro over linguine; or black bean skirt steak. The lunch even includes a glass of house wine, iced tea, soft drink or coffee.
