FRIDAY, Feb. 22

A New Combination-Unlocking the Secrets of Boutique Cheeses (SOLD OUT): John Cuevas, chef of Montage in Laguna Beach, Calif., prepares cheeses with other foods, including charred melon chorizo and pickles and peppers. Publix Grand Tasting Village (SOLD OUT): Representatives of wine and spirits producers, chefs and local restaurants present their wares.
