This feels like one of those weekends that is the calm before the madness. The weather is nice and there aren’t any major events to bounce back and forth to. Next weekend is the 9th annual Jazz in the Gardens, herds of college students will take over our streets over the next couple of weeks for Spring Break, and Ultra Fest is at the end of the month. Yes, the madness is coming and the streets will be cluttered, but for now this is our time to enjoy the chill moments. So for weekends like this, Noire Miami has you covered on where to here some music, people watch, and even get your art on.
