The seminar is all about empowerment
The First Annual Women’s Business Makeover Workshop launches on September 14. The seminar was created to empower women who want to renter the workforce with confidence and style. Fashion stylists from the Metropolitan International Fashion Week in Miami (MMIFW), hairstylist from Kaizen Beauty Academy, makeup artist from Kiss-N-Tell Pro Cosmetics, and members of the Perry Ellis clothing company will team up with the Chapman Partnership to hold the event to benefit their female residents.
The Women’s Business Makeover is sponsored and organized by Maxine Viktor from Metropolitan International Fashion Week. The makeover workshop will take place at Chapman Partnership’s North Center at 1550 North Miami Avenue, Miami, Fl 33136. From now until September 11, 2013, the Chapman Partnership is collecting the following items to help assist their residents prepare for job interviews and becoming a member of the workforce.
• New, unused makeup still in packaging (mascara, lipstick, etc) – especially makeup for women with medium to dark complexions
• New, unused toiletries still in packaging (deodorant, shaving supplies, etc)
•New, unused grooming products still in packaging (hairspray, gel, hair ties, etc)
• New, unused Women & Men's undergarments still in packaging (underwear, socks, bras)
•New or gently used Women & Men's work clothes & suites
•New or gently used belts, shoes, accessories, etc
