Dinner stars with “the daily bread” basket of homemade bread and breadsticks. From there, it’s on to BBQ rabbit wings, Florida mango and burrata salad, duck liver pate, bone marrow, a charcuterie board and Everglades gumbo made with wild boar andouille and gator.
Larger plates include pan-seared yellowjack with ancient grain salad and seared quail with curried quinoa. Desserts range from a banana split with imperial stout ice cream to carrot cake with Greek yogurt frosting.
Verdict: The menu may seem like Everglades roadhouse, but the spot is downtown sophistication.
