Swine %26amp; Wine hosted by Michelle Bernstein is a chance for amateur and professional pig slayers to showcase their own secret blends of rubs and spices on the Duroc %26amp; Hampshire breed of pigs, which are all natural, farm-raised and known for being super tender. We’ve tasked our pit masters with bringing out well glazed, perfectly done whole roasted pigs from the caja china served alongside various side dishes and desserts created by the Biltmore Hotel.
