Man+Machine presents MUSIC LOVES FASHION, the inaugural four-day showcase of international sounds from the underground along with producer symposiums, taking place between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m. Wednesday, March 21 to Saturday, March 24 at The Raleigh Hotel (1775 Collins Ave., Miami Beach). The showcase is sponsored by Belvedere Vodka and MOET champagne.

The four-day series brings together some of the world’s leading DJs and producers, as well as the hip hop industry’s most celebrated studio icons, to offer the most exclusive poolside events and music panel experiences for music enthusiasts.
The week kicks-off on Wednesday, March 21 at 11 a.m. with the AVICII Pool Party in association with At Night, ULTRA Pool and Ash Alliance. The party will feature an opening set by Cazzette and Friends, followed by hours of blissful tunes by the Swede himself, Avicii.
Who is Avicii? With worldwide hit singles like “Bromance” and “My Feelings For You” plus hit remixes of Tiësto, Robyn, David Guetta and Bob Sinclar, Avicii has exploded on to the scene over the last two years. His first release of 2011, Street Dancer, went straight to number one on the worldwide Beatport charts. Recent monster remixes include Drowning by Armin van Buuren and Derezzed by Daft Punk

The Owsla Miami poolside party on Thursday, March 22 starts at 11 a.m. and presented by No Sugar Added, features the emerging electronic visionary and highly acclaimed Grammy Winner, SKRILLEX, amongst other supporting acts. In 2012, the dubstep king was nominated for five Grammy awards and won for Best Dance Recording ('Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites') and the same album took home an award for electronic music's biggest category, Best Dance/Electronica Album. Supporting acts throughout the day include sets by Zedd, Kill The Noise, Koan, Alvin Risk, The M Machine, Nick Thayer and Dillon Francis, all of who will be making special guest appearances. For aspiring hip-hop music moguls, also taking place on Thursday at 1 p.m., Grammy Award winning producer Matthew “Boi-1da” Samuels presents The Miami Music Week “1Direction Producer Symposium.” 1Direction is a motivational experience for producers and songwriters who are looking to take their careers to the next level. Producers will have the opportunity to pre-submit their own tracks for a chance to be judged by the panelists and enter into the Producers Competition for a chance to win a private studio session with producers Boi-1da and T-Minus, and a production/management contract with Man+Machine. Two-day tickets (March 22/23) for the 1Direction Producer Symposium are priced at $250.
On Friday, March 23, starting at 11 a.m., the UK’s legendary dance institution, Ministry of Sound, presents its All Day Pool & Beach Party, featuring a world-class stable of acts for 12 hours. Expect sets from the likes of David Tort, DJ Sneak, EDX, Funkagenda, Justin Sheppard, Moguai, Quintino, Riva Starr, Sandro Silva, Sebastien Drums and Swanky Tunes. Ministry of Sound, established in 1991, has grown from a globally renowned nightclub in London to the world’s biggest dance brand. Saturday, March 24 is the grand finale of Music Loves Fashion 2012. Man+Machine develops a newly created brand of event under the title of “UNANNOUNCED.” The event will feature a globally revered DJ, producer or live act considered to be one of the world’s most distinguished and prolific. The closing headline act will remain Unannounced and will only be revealed when doors open at 11 a.m. on Saturday morning, among wide speculation and inevitable leaks. Additional supporting acts will be on the bill throughout the final day, and the guest list will be very strict.
