Wednesdays are wine days at Area 31 this summer as the restaurant rolls out its Raid the Cellar program. Each week, chef Michael Reidt will offer up two of his favorite premier wines at a steep discount. Highlights include Domaine Willian Fevre Chablis 1er Cru Montmains, Burgundy 2008; Faust Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley 2008; and F.X. Pichler Grüner Veltliner Smaragd, Wachau 2008. Wine options are available by the glass or the bottle during dinner only (6pm-midnight) - pair it with the Miami Spice menu for extra discounts.
