1. Rock ‘N Soul with Drew Rosenhaus

The Miami-based super sports agent brings his roster of NFL players to the Seminole Hard Rock and is taking over the Hard Rock Live Arena – that’s right, not a ball room or a club but an arena. Each NFL team will be represented by one player and the place should be packed. Standing-room tickets are $100, and VIP all-access is $250.

2. Pepsi and NFL free concerts on the beach.
Thursday, Feb. 4 – Saturday, Feb. 6
The Pepsi Super Bowl Fan Jam takes over Miami Beach on 8th Street and Ocean Drive on Thursday, Feb. 4 and Friday, Feb. 5 Thursday's show features R&B diva Rihanna and teen-pop sensation Justin Bieber. Friday's show has a significant Latin flavor with Nelly Furtado, Paulina Rubio, and Mr. 305 himself, Pitbull. Both concerts begin at 7 p.m. On Saturday, Feb. 6, the Super Bowl Eve concert with O.A.R. & Barenaked Ladies takes place in Fort Lauderdale Beach Park (1100 Seabreeze Blvd.) Show starts at 4 p.m.
3. DirecTV’s Beach Bash
Saturday, Feb. 6; 12:30 p.m.
All we really have to say here is a free event that includes Twilight’s Taylor Lautner playing flag football on South Beach. But there will be other celebs (Chace Crawford, Christian Slater and Kevin Dillon), too, going head-to-head against NFL stars such as Eli Manning (N.Y. Giants) and Maurice Jones-Drew (Jacksonville Jaguars) and NFL greats Troy Aikman, Warren Moon, Merill Hoge, Daryl Johnston, Eddie George and Mark Schlereth. The stadium being erected behind the Gansevoort South (between 21st and 22nd streets off Collins Ave.) holds 8,500 and following the games there will be a concert featuring the All-American Rejects.
4. Leather & Laces
Friday, Feb. 5; 9 p.m.
Over the past seven years this party has become a Super Bowl weekend tradition. This year presented by the Dominican Republic Ministry of Tourism features triple trouble with co-hosts Kim Kardashian, Holly Madison, and Roselyn Sanchez. There will be plenty of entertainment, premium open bars, and the Paris Theatre (550 Washington Ave.) on Miami Beach makes for a unique setting. But all of this comes with a price -$350 gets you open bar, $750 gets you more booze, sushi, passed hors d’oeuvres. Doubt either ticket gets you a shot with any of the hostesses.
Paris Theater, 550 Washington Ave., Miami Beach; For tickets call 713-227-8888 or 800-809-1277 or for tables and cabanas call 214-244-5001.
5. Axe Lounge at LIV
Friday, Feb. 5 – Sunday, Feb. 7
You can’t spell Super Bowl XLIV without LIV. While most of the nightclubs on Miami Beach will be hosting invite-only parties, LIV at Fontainebleau has decided to keep its doors open to one and all (who know how to get past the velvet ropes – don’t let the sponsorship title fool ya). Regardless, the lineup for the weekend is impressive with DJ Vice on Friday, Will I. Am from the Black Eye Peas on Saturday (following their concert the same night at American Airlines Arena) and the super host himself, Diddy, on Sunday night after the Big Game. Should be a great spot for celeb spotting.
LIV nightclub at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, 4441 Collins Ave., Miami Beach; 305-674-4860.
