Last year’s Valentine’s Day was a flop. This year, pimp out your Valentine’s experience with chakra treatments, Atlantic Ocean views, white truffles and Champagne.

What: The Valentine of Rome--This four-course prix fixe menu includes dishes like fresh tuna with wildflower honey, chilies and tarragon vinegar ($115 per person).
What Else: The Valentine of Terni--This four-course prix fixe menu includes dishes like Gianduja Budino with mocha sorbet and hazelnut crumble ($115 per person).
Bonus: Each dish will be paired with a glass of wine. Menu will be available from 5 p.m. -11p.m.
