From the mind of Edison Farrow, the creator of Martini Tuesdays and Hype Fridays, comes PH, a new event for the PHabulous and PHashionable. PH is a Saturday party that takes place on the penthouse level of teh Bancroft Hotel on 15 th Street and Collins Avenue.
Don't go looking for any signage indicating the entrance - there is none (how mysterious). According to Farrow, there is no sign directing you where to enter, you just have to look for the velvet ropes.
