Forget Jennifer Lopez. There may be an even bigger diva in town.

Paulina Rubio, who has a Miami pad, is being sued for breach of contract. Seems she failed to perform at a concert in Tunja, Colombia, back in August.

According to the suit's plaintiffs -- including Miami's Carlos Gutierrez of CMG Entertainment -- the pregnant Mexican singer, 39, demanded a private jet from Medellín to Tunja, in the central part of the country. It was sent for her -- at a cost of $20,000 -- but the plane was diverted to Bogota because it was flying in restricted air space. Arrangements were then made for (military escorted) ground transportation, which she refused, the suit says.

Long story way shortened -- Rubio never arrived to the concert, where numerous dignitaries, including the Colombian president, were anxiously waiting.

Grand total: $985,003 in damages.

Rubio's psychiatrist blames the whole mix-up on Rubio's ``clinical depression,'' and that if she doesn't travel with her dog Lima Valentina, she is a mess.

ENGAGEMENTS GALORE

Jewelers to the rich and famous are in happy places right now, with all these proposals. Jessica Simpson getting engaged a week after Nick Lachey did? A little shady, but this next one seems a little more legit: Slightly more than a year after Dean Sheremet and LeAnn Rimes separated after her affair with Eddie Cibrian, her ex is giving matrimony another go. On the receiving end of the rock: photographer Sarah Silver.

Rimes, who is ``madly in love'' with the former CSI: Miami star, appears pleased for Sheremet, a chef.

``Wishes for a life full of happiness,'' she tweeted.

BABIES ON BOARD

Is she or isn't she? The Daily Mail reports Kelly Preston is in labor.

Hubby John Travolta cut short a trip to Australia, which sent gossipy tongues wagging.

A rep for the couple denies it, but the 48-year-old Old Dogs costar was due with a boy they're naming Benjamin Nov. 26.

Also in a family way, rapper Ne Yo. The Beautiful Monster singer and Soul Men actress Monyetta Shaw are parents to a baby girl, Madilyn, who was due in January.

Doesn't sound like he'll be a deadbeat dad, according to his Twitter posts: ``Feels like I'm in luv for the first time.''

But the 31 year old isn't serious about Shaw. ``[She] knows I can't commit,'' he told The Sun. ``She doesn't mind other women.''

LOOKING GOOD

Ryan Reynolds is a lucky man. His wife Scarlett Johansson has been named GQ's Babe of the Year.

The Lost in Translation hottie, 25, told the men's mag she needs a hobby: ``I'm still trying to figure out what to do when I'm not making movies. I just don't do that many things.''

NOT SO FIERCE

Designer/Project Runway winner Christian Siriano will not be in town Tuesday for the launch of his new venture, Send the Trend, a new fashion website. Reps blame a busy schedule.
