Rosa Mexicano is celebrating Passover with Latin-inspired holiday menus, cooking demos and luncheons at its South Beach and Mary Brickell locations. From April 18-25, diners can enjoy an a la carte Passover a la Mexicana menu including a Mexican-inspired Seder plate, crispy corned beef tacos, homemade pickled herring and banana-leaf wrapped barbecued beef brisket. Explore the menu in depth Saturday, April 16 at 10am as both restaurants host a luncheon & cooking demo. $30 per person, a portion of proceeds benefit Best Buddies.
