Winter Music Conference has finally arrived. From nightclubs, to lounges, to hotels - every venue on the beach will be packed with music lovers from around the world looking to party it up!  No matter were you go, you’ll find some of the best DJs ready to tear it up on the turntables to keep you dancing day and night. It was tough to choose, but here is the WMC edition of Party Patrol.

Standard Sounds Presents Uffie
40 Island Ave., Miami Beach

Start the festivities early at the Standard Hotel as you check out a special performance by Electro, Dance Pop artist Uffie.  Since her single “Hot Chick” exploded on the scene in 2006 she has been making a name for herself in the underground scene while working on her debut album, Sex Dreams and Denim Jeans.  Check out this little firecracker as she performs hits like “Pop the Glock”, “Robot Oeuf” and more.

Dirty Dutch Take Over

After checking out Uffie at the Standard, keep the party going over at LIV nightclub for a Dirty Dutch takeover by DJ Chuckie. “Let the Bass Kick” and dance to the best in electro, house, and dance music hits by one of the biggest names in the industry. When Chuckie’s on the decks there’s no one sitting down. The music is high-energy, bass pounding and the crowd goes absolutely wild!

Snoopadelic at LIV

I try to mix it up on the Party Patrol, but Thursday night I recommend double-dipping and returning to LIV for a very special  event featuring the one and only Snoop Dogg as Snoopadellic. He’s taking a break from the mic and taking over the decks alongside one of Miami’s finest - DJ Ross One. This is one party you don’t want to miss.

JUICY Music 10-year Anniversary at Mynt Lounge

Just down the street from LIV you’ll find one of the biggest events of the week going on at Mynt Lounge. This year marks the 10-Year Anniversary of JUICY MUSIC and they’re doing it up big! Robbie Rivera and Willie Morales will get the crowd hype as they toast to a decade of Juicy hits!

Now they’re taking over Fort Lauderdale with a new series at Whiskey Blue inside the W Hotel. Artists Related and the Gerber Group have teamed up to bring you AR Rated. Friday night take a breather from South Beach and make the trip to the W Fort Lauderdale for a night with one of hip-hop’s finest - DJ JAZZY JEFF! He’ll be on the 1’s and 2’s alongside DJ Irie for a night of non-stop hits! The party starts at 9 p.m. in the W’s Living Room before heading downstairs to Whiskey Blue.

Questlove at the Florida Room

Who said WMC was only for electronic music lovers?  This week the Florida Room at Delano is getting in on the action with a special line-up.  Saturday night check out hip-hop superstar Questlove from The Roots as he performs live presented by Giant Step.

Sindustry Social at Jazid

If you want to skip out on the major lines , one place to go where you can still get amazing music will be Jazid. They have a great WMC line-up that is very budget friendly for all you music lovers and locals.  Saturday night check out the special WMC Sindusrty Social event where NSB Radio meets MAYHEM Artists Solutions. The line-up will feature special guests DJ Heavy Grinder, Malo, Becci, Kharma, Kriya, Inconspiquos Villian, Beat Massa, Sean Fee Mick-E, Rolls Ryce, and more. 

Dress code is chill and admission is only $20 after 10 p.m.

Saturday night there are plenty of venues to choose from that will have a kick-ass party, but for me, I’m all about Paul VanDyk . This internationally known DJ will rule the decks alongside special guests Filo & Peri for a night of intense house and trance as he drops hits like “Time of Our Lives”, “Inspiration” by Pryda, and others. The music will take over your body as the crowd dances to every beat. Loose yourself in the sound and let the spirit of WMC take over as you close out the weekend with a bang at Mansion!
