Only 2 weeks away until March and there’s no shortage of things to keep us busy in South Florida.  This week the madness begins with the Food Network's South Beach Wine & Food Festival taking over with celebrities flocking to our city from all over.  From fine dining to great music this week is packed with events to keep everyone satisfied.  Get to the beach and prepare for good times- here are my top party picks.
