This place threw us for a loop. The decor is elegant looking but the $2 beer is what drew us in. We were even more shocked looking at the menu. We went around 4:30pm on a Saturday. $2 beer, 3 for $7 Martinis, and most of the food was $4.99 or $6.99. What a deal! The food was okay, but the drink made the mediocre food better. By day and early evening, it’s one of the more elegant places to dine on the beach. But as soon as the diners disappear, the restaurant transforms into a jumping urban nightclub. Tables and chairs are whisked away to create a dance floor, the mirrored ball starts spinning, and strobe lights begin to flash. Add the 3-for-1 drink specials, and you’ve got a good night started.
