Palm and Cycad Festival at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden
Fairchild's Palm & Cycad Festival will give lovers of tropical foliage a weekend they won't forget. Organized with the South Florida Palm Society, this festival gives you a chance to check out the greatest palm and cycad collection in South Florida, peruse the large assortment of palms for sale, and attend lectures by horticulturists and palm enthusiasts. Don't worry about the kids; they will be entertained with crafts and games in the kids area. You can even learn exotic recipes at the palm-inspired cooking demonstrations.
