Paladar brings rum, mojitos & Latin eats to Village of Gulfstream Park
11/12/2012
The Village of Gulfstream Park gets a bit tastier this week as Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar opens Thursday (Nov 15). The indoor-outdoor restaurant arrives from Cleveland, where it's been "muddling mojitos and smashing guacamole" since 2007. The pan-Latin menu is inspired by Central & South Americas, Cuban and Caribbean flavors, with highlights including plantain crusted crab croquetas, Jamaican curried shrimp & "Ocho Hora" braised short rib. Celebrate the opening Thursday with live band Elastic Bond. 801 Silks Run, Hallandale Beach; 954-455-0700
