Go green at Azul, the signature restaurant at Mandarin Oriental, as it kicks off its annual cooking class series starring award-winning chef Clay Conley with a class focusing on organic cooking. Students will take a trip to Paradise Farms in Homestead, to learn more about authentic organic farming. In each class, Chef Conley shares tips and shows students how to prepare a gourmet lunch in the marble-clad open kitchen of Azul. The menu is paired with premium wines by sommelier Cynthia Betancourt.
