Throughout November SUSHISAMBA celebrates its ten-yearanniversary with a special Omakase menu available every Wednesday night, featuring the restaurant’s most loved dishes of the past decade. The $79 Omakase menu will include such longtime favorites as tuna Tartar with osetra caviar and gold leaf; lobster tempura Roll with peanut miso sauce; and teriyaki braised short rib with sweet plantain, apple-smoked bacon and fig chutney.
