I would say that the dishes are up to $30 in price, although there are plenty of much more economical dishes to choose from. The garlic bread is not to be missed. The lasagna is out-of-this-world good, and the Fettuccine Carbonara is phenominal. The portions are big, but not gargantuan. The crab cakes were also crisp on the outside and most on the inside, with a light-as-air texture. Definitely a place to go for a romantic dinner.... Read more

About

Since the mid-1990s this north/south strip has spawned numerous popular Italian restaurants, but the numerous little elegant, creative touches that pop up in Oggi’s dishes distinguish it from the pack. A jumbo lump crab cake comes garnished with asparagus and mustard crème fraiche. The chicken pasta comes with homemade whole-wheat linguine. Salads include the Fragolina—arugula, endive, parmigiano cheese, aged balsamico dressing, and strawberries. And the place serves what must be Miami’s most luxe risotto: Arborio rice cooked in champagne, with a lobster tail and truffles. Oddly, though, despite all the grown-up elegance, the eatery is kid-friendly.
