Novecento sprung from a decade-old Novecento in New York, which begat three in Argentina and another in Uruguay, homeland of chef Gabriel Medici, then the three in Miami. The food is basically Argentine, meaning you can surely get sweetbreads and steak, but with a sort of pan-Latin twist.
