Enjoy an open-air concert featuring Latin artist Rey Ruiz. Other performers include Los Tres de la Habana and Los Herederos. Omar Moynelo, a radio personality at WRTO-FM (98.3) La Kalle is the emcee at the fifth annual festival, which also includes Bacardi bars serving traditional cocktails, a cigar lounge, food and raffle of art, baseball and concert tickets. A domino tournament also is held. Benefits the American Cancer Society and Regis House. The party stretches along the entire 300 block of Alhambra Circle between Le Jeune Road and Salzedo Avenue in Coral Gables
