Polo Crashers
First it was weddings, now it's polo matches.
Midway through the final day of Polo on the Beach behind the Setai Hotel, in waltzed actors Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn, along with a friend, into the VIP tents. The trio moved to the front left corner of the tents, watched some of the action, drank some Fiji water, and had some spirited conversation.
After about 30 minutes, in which the Wedding Crashers star tandem politely declined requests from fans for autographs and photos (but could not escape our sneaky, skilled team!), they headed out, cruising down the tent and toward the main entrance. At least when we tried to say hi to Vince, he did respond with a "Hey, how you doin?" but never broke stride. (Must be in training for a race or something.)
They took off on bikes, according to other sources, with photogs trailing them, but we didn't get that close a look at their getaway vehicle.
Late Saturday night the dynamic duo were spotted carousing at Casa Tua. Wilson and Vaughn participated in a backgammon tournament at the restaurant! After several hours of intense playing, Wilson won. (And to think we all thought it was something more illicit.)
