WMC replay: Remix Hotel

A look back at, arguably, the most popular site on Miami Beach during the Winter Music Conference - The Remix Hotel at The National.

Remix Hotel Miami, presented by Beatport with premier technology partner Apple, attracted a record-breaking crowd of 4,000 avid music and technology enthusiasts on its first day (Thursday, March 27) at The National hotel in Miami Beach. All week, no other hotel on Collins Avenue strip had a line around the block to gain entrance into the nation’s largest music technology showcase.
World-renowned and internationally acclaimed DJ and producer Paul van Dyk attended Remix Hotel Miami March 28 for an exclusive keynote Q&A session with subsequent afternoon performances by Nic Fanciulli, DJ Dan and the renowned electronic mastermind of James Zabiela.
The rest of the week featured performances at the Beatport Pool Party by: Anja Schneider, Dubfire & Davide Squillace, Heidi, M.A.N.D.Y., Richie Hawtin, Bad Boy Bill, Starkillers (Nick Terranova), Kaskade, Gabriel & Dresden and Richard Vission.
