TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! BEFORE CONSIDERING TO DINE IN THIS PLACE PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING. Worst customer service I have ever had. I am a South Beach local and very familiar with what a decent dinning experience should be like. I have to say that I have never been so insulted by a waitress in my life. The night began with a very unprofessional manager who was also very poorly dressed and constantly approaching the table to harass us about the arrival of the remaining of the party even though we were consuming food and drinks. As we discussed the uncomfortable and embarrassing situation among us, the waitress who was waiting on our table suddenly intruded in our PERSONAL conversation with a very antagonistic tone and called my party rude and disrespectful. Needless to say, we were in complete a total shock and asked her to leave our table. When we spoke to the manager to request for a new waitress, he refused and stated that he was not going to accommodate for us because we were talking about him????? I was thinking to myself…. Is this an episode from the twilight zone? Since when dinning became a personal affair between patrons and service staff??????? We obviously understood that this restaurant does not value their business and does not care about customer satisfaction; therefore, we decided to leave. As I was leaving, I told the waitress that she had very poor manners. The waitress then turned around and gave me the middle finger!!!!!!! I have never felt to cheated and again insulted. Never again will I ever go to that place again. BEWARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE STAFF IN SOUTH BEACH. ... Read more

About

A Spanish bull, the logo of the bar, greets you as you enter, so try not to provoke him by wearing red. Posters of Pedro Almodovar’s films and photos of beloved toreros adorn its red walls. Its rustic wooden bar, with wine barrels, give it a Spanish bodega feel. Tapas like the Spanish omelet or the fried chickpeas with Serrano ham and cocktails like the mango daiquiri or the buena vida (that's the good life) will make your tastebuds happy. Free tango classes on Monday and salsa lessons on Tuesday, when ladies drink free from 7 to 9 p.m. Live music by gypsy cantautor Luis Linares, complete with flamenco dancers, on Saturdays and Sundays.
