For folks who want to go beyond quesadillas and fajitas, the chefs at Rosa Mexicano have trekked all the way to Oaxaca, Mexico to find the selections available on their new Yucatan menu, available until April 13th. Just a small hint of what to expect: Pescado TikinXic, grouper marinated in achiote, baked wrapped in a banana leaf, and topped with tomato, onion and bell peppers.
