Diners enjoy their meals while listening to a concert, which is also displayed on the sheer screen swaying gently over them.
These days Argentine steak houses are a dime a dozen in South Florida, but this one’s sassy enough to make diners pay attention. Signature item is the smoky grilled skirt steak, which the restaurants bills as “the longest steak in the world”. It’s not just hype - the juicy, full-flavored curled slab unrolls to at least a foot long. To accompany the beef, there are regular French fries or papas a la provenzal; those succulent superfries (sautéed in olive oil with parsley, salt, and lots of garlic) are well worth the extra couple of bucks. These upstarts offer non-carnivores much more intriguing options than usual, too, including float-away light gnocchi del 29 (which, according to the menu, Argentinians eat on the 29th day of every month, putting money under the plate for good fortune). Obviously, it’s a good-time party restaurant, too.
