Happy hour meets the South of France as Villa Azur rolls out two new summer promos. Le Cinq à Sept (the wine cellar & deli) offers $8 small plates and glasses of wine Sunday-Friday from 5-7pm while the main dining room offers $12 appetizers, $12 signature cocktails, $15 glasses of Moêt & Chandon & $90 bottles of Moêt & Chandon Sunday-Friday from 7-9pm. 309 23 St, Miami Beach; 305-763-8688
