Owned by tattoo masters Ami James and Chris Nunez, stars of the reality show Miami Ink, Love-Hate certainly channels the decadent and grungy glamour of this trendy sub world. Catchy designs painted by tattoo artists, including a banner that reads “In memory of my sobriety’’ adorn the plum-colored walls. Other tattoo-like designs cover the plexiglass counter and stained glass backdrop of the bar. An unpretentious little dive bar with room for about 100, Love Hate is usually crammed. The crowds might turn off some, but when the dance floor's full, the bar's female denizens don't hesitate to dance on the couches or tables. DJs mix ska, hip hop and good ol’ rock and roll.

This is a very chill place...many in Miami but not like Love/Hate. It's a party starter lounge that gets pretty packed quick! PLUS -The detail in this place is amazing... go figure it's Tattoo artist owned.
