The lowdown: Celeb sisters Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian adore South Beach’s beachy environment so much they brought the first outpost of their L.A.-based D-A-S-H boutique to South Florida.

The ’hood: A few stores down from the Diesel shop, D-A-S-H is on the sometimes-seedy end of Washington Avenue at Eighth Street often filled with tourists and nightclubbers. Parking is available at the nearby garage on Seventh Street and Collins, and parking meters run along Seventh.

The vibe: The boutique is a little like the Kardashians’ L.A. space, with elegant black and white décor, but is more laid back, a la MIA style. Playful hints of fuchsia sprinkled on the walls, mismatching furniture and giant Pop art portraits of the sisters make this shop the perfect fusion of the East and West coasts.

Highlights: With prices ranging from $22 for a Junk Food T-shirt to $450 for a Mason dress, most fashionistas can find something they like. D-A-S-H Manager Lily Adel says bestsellers are dresses from brands like Whitney Eve, La Rok, Naven and D’Amore, and swimwear from Beach Bunny, Vix and local label Alexis. Die-hard followers of the trio can nab souvenirs such as a $6 water bottle that features a snapshot of the siblings or a $42 scented D-A-S-H candle.

The owner says:  ‘‘I am in love with the lifestyle here and the vibe is one I can truly get used to. Bringing our D'A'S'H flavor to Miami has [been] an amazing experience, and I have grasped the Miami way. I feel we have justified it well here in the store with tons of sexy clothes for all these sexy Miami ladies,’’ says Khloe Kardashian.

Customers say: ‘‘I love the shop, the clothing and the Kardashian sisters. Do all three of them really come by the store?’’ Eileen Veitia asks.

D'A-S-H Miami, 815 Washington Ave., Miami Beach; 305-531-8484. Hours: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday, noon to 6 p.m. Sundays.

My experience at Dash was wonderful. I have read all the reviews and was a little nervous to go but being a big Kardashian fan and being all the way from St. Louis I had to take a chance and go. We were greeted with smiles and great customer service. The young lady working let us take pictures and was very nice!!! Hope to visit again in the future. ... Read more
I love the store and all the ladies working there. I visit every few weeks and I have always had a wonderful experience, and great customer service. The girls even take time to entertain my son while I browse and try stuff on. I'm a huge fan of the Kardashian's and I hope Dash continues to be a South Beach landmark. ... Read more
I expected the store to be exensive, but it was too small!! Nobody asked if they could help you, so the service wasnt that great. OVERrated for sure!!... Read more
I was VERY disappointed with the store. I went to DASH yesterday Sept. 26 2010 after driving 4 hrs. I am a HUGE fan of the Kardashians & I wanted to go so BAD to their store & support the girls. I planned on going in there & spending atleast couple hundred dollars BUT first I noticed how small the store was, then there were 2 girls working there but NOT once did they say "Hi" or "welcome to DASH" nothing they were both in the back room talking within eachother. I was so pissed at the fact that it looked way different on TV, & even more pissed at their employees. Those two girls need to get replace with girls who actually have customer service, if they keep those two girls i GUARANTEE you that they will have NO business. The key to business is CUSTOMER SERVICE, do these girls do not know how LUCKY they are to be part of DASH? I would say NO they do not!!! Such a bad experience I truely wish that Kourtney, Kloe, or Kim were there & not to see them but to atleast receive good customer service! Good luck DOLLS with keeping those 2 girls! ... Read more
I was very interested in purchasing Beach Bunny Swimwear and it's site said Dash was the closest location. So after driving 2 hours to get there, I found out it was a waste of time. There were literally only two swim suits there and hardly anything in the store, not to mention ugly clothing. And the customer service was no better! As I looked for a meter parking spot, I called Dash a few times to confirm their exact location, but no answer...when I got there about 7 minutes later, there were two employees behind the counter in an empty store. Not sure how they were too busy to answer the phone and they didn't seem to helpful with my swimsuit inquires either. I would never recommend this tiny store to a friend, they made it look a lot nicer and bigger on TV. ... Read more

When I visited the store on 6/14/2010, I was in total shock on how small the store is and how it has no variety of clothing and the employees look at you when you walk in like you're suspicious. The clothes are also overpriced and it has few inventory.I expected so much more out of the store...... Read more
I agree with the other reviews that I have read. The girls working in the store don't even speak to you. They acted like they were bothered when we asked for a price on jewelry. Sure, we were dressed in beach attire but what do they expect when their store is two blocks from the beach? We had money to buy just about anything in the store, but I did not spend a single dollar because of the attitude! The store was in a bad part of town and it was tiny. There wasn't much to choose from. I was a fan of the show but not now. This experience lead me to believe that the girls are just Diva's because of how their employee's acted. I believe that the girls should realize that they have a huge fan base from their show and be flattered when someone comes in to take a look under these circumstances. But, not so! If the DASH store expects to survive in Miami, they had better teach their employees some customer service. I may not be rich and famous but my hundred dollar bill is as good as theirs!... Read more
I couldn't believe what a crappy store it is. There is no, I repeat, no good quality merchandise in there. The quality of the clothes is garbage. Do the Kardashians think that a smart, educated person will buy bad quality clothes just because its their store?? Crazy!!... Read more
Are you KIDDING ME? I was in there 4/27/10, around 11:30. Neither employee acknowledged the presence of me, my husband, or two other people in there. Needless to say, no one bought a thing! There was so little inventory, besides. I expected SOOO much more.... Read more
