Tim Andriola, chef-owner of Sunny Isles’ Timo is the consulting executive chef for Bancroft Supperclub, opening this week. Culinary concept is “contemporary American with all-organic produce and all-natural, hormone-free meats and sustainable fish.” The restaurant morphs into nightclub at 11pm, with bottle service until 5am.

Parisian Caviar Kaspia opened its first US location early this month. Set up in The Webster, Caviar Kaspa seats 60 and features a caviar studded menu with the likes of a twice-baked potato, a salmon blini burger and wild Danish smoked salmon.
