Skybar’s Lemon Spritz
- Chill a champagne flute
- Add 1/2 ounce of lemon juice
- Add 1/2 ounce of simple syrup
- Add 1/4 ounce of limocello
- Top off with 3 ounces of prosecco or champagne
- Garnish with lemon twist and homemade grenadine float

Prime 112’s Midnight Kiss
- Chill a champagne flute
- Fill half the glass with cognac
- Add champagne to fill
- Top off with a sugar cube

Kitchen 305’s Holiday Mischief Maker
- Chill a champagne flute and garnish with a sugar rim.
- Pour in 1 ounce of X-Rated Fusion Liqueur
- Add ½ ounce of orange liqueur
- Add 1 to 2 dashes of orange bitters
- Add 1 teaspoon of grenadine
- Top off with 4 ounces of sparkling wine
