Skybar’s Lemon Spritz

• Chill a champagne flute
• Add 1/2 ounce of lemon juice
• Add 1/2 ounce of simple syrup
• Add 1/4 ounce of limocello
• Top off with 3 ounces of prosecco or champagne
• Garnish with lemon twist and homemade grenadine float

Prime 112’s Midnight Kiss

• Chill a champagne flute
• Fill half the glass with cognac
• Add champagne to fill
• Top off with a sugar cube

Kitchen 305’s Holiday Mischief Maker

• Chill a champagne flute and garnish with a sugar rim.
• Pour in 1 ounce of X-Rated Fusion Liqueur
• Add ½ ounce of orange liqueur
• Add 1 to 2 dashes of orange bitters
• Add 1 teaspoon of grenadine
• Top off with 4 ounces of sparkling wine
