What better way to celebrate Mother’s Day than with an afternoon of gourmet food and high fashion? Mother’s Day Brunch at Four Seasons Hotel Miami will include informal modeling of the Spring and Summer 2008 collection by Blumarine as well as sunglasses by Edward Beiner – Purveyor of Fine Eyewear. The brunch will be offered in two seatings at 12:00 PM and 2:30 PM and reservations may be made by calling 305-381-3190. An array of scrumptious dishes ranging from traditional breakfast fare to gourmet stations of international cuisine will be offered at the traditional meal. Highlights include a champagne and smoothie bar serving an assortment of cocktails and healthy fruit concoctions, a seafood station, a carving station offering leg of lamb, roasted salmon, sirloin and roasted suckling pig and an extensive dessert display created by the hotel’s pastry chef, Charles Froke.
