Just-engaged singing sensation and actress Miley Cyrus is fast becoming a permanent fixture in South Florida.
After spending several weeks here last month then leaving to get engaged to Aussie actor Liam Hemsworth (The Hunger Games), the 19-year-old ex-star of Hannah Montana returned to her familiar haunt at Miami Beach's Delano Hotel this week.
