Michael Schwartz debuts The Cypress Room in the Design District

The Design District gets a bit more delicious this week as Michael Schwartz debuts the Cypress Room. Billed as an "elegant American dining room," the Cypress Room focuses on localy grown eats and classically prepared dishes - think wood-burning grill and rotisserie. Menu highlights include marrow bones (pictured), frog legs, bolognese-filled agnolotti, filet mignon, antelope and whole wood grilled fish. Or leave it in the chef's hands and opt for a $125 five-course tasting menu ($195 with wine pairings). Wash it all down with specialty cocktails and an approachable wine list.
