Truffle Season

Tis truffle season at Quattro as the highbrow Italian restaurant rolls out a special truffle menu in celebration of the Italian delicacy. The white truffle, sourced to Alba, Italy, is known for its aroma, taste & aphrodisiac quality. Experience all three with the new menu, available through Dec 2010 – all dishes arrive with two grams of Alba white truffles shaved on top. Highlights include Fonduta Tartufata con Crostini, Tagliolini Delle Langhe Al Burro Montato and Scaloppina  Di Vitello.
