Top shelf sushi returns to the Delano as Umi Sushi & Sake Bar takes over the former Blue Sea space. Chef Toshi Motoyama, who trained at Zuma and Makoto, serves up signature rolls like the FDR (tuna, salmon, yellowtail, crab and soy paper), the Delano (poached Maine Lobster, wagyu beef and black truffle) and the baked crab hand roll (snow crab, soy paper and dynamite sauce). 1685 Collins Ave, Miami Beach; 305-674-5752.
