The Local Craft Food & Drink‘s executive chef Phil Bryant is debuting his new menu, today, Thursday, April 30 in conjunction with the resto’s fourth anniversary as well as the onset of the new cocktail menu, also launching Thursday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. with menu samplings, giveaways and happy hour specials. The party is open to the public. Among the new menu highlights: steak tartare with deviled egg, roasted garlic and pickled mustard; grilled spiny lobster “Ya Ka Mein” over udon noodles, leeks, oyster mushrooms,’shroom “bushi” miso broth, and sweet tea egg; house cured lamb belly pastrami with cucumber and fennel salad and sauce gribiche; blackened grouper cheeks served over boiled peanut succotash, smoked tomatoes,ragged jack kale, and a pimento vinaigrette; and housemade ricotta gnudi with roasted and pickled cauliflower, buttered bread crumbs and smoked cauliflower.
